The studio is very nice and clean. The staff are very helpful. The workout is intense but it will definitely build strength and endurance. Great activity to incorporate for cross training.

I've been to this great new business twice this weekend for the intro row and the endurance row. It's a great low impact workout. If you live close, you should give it a go!
