ROW was created by a trio of fitness fanatics intent on providing the world with a smarter, more balanced way to get fit. The result is a method that utilizes a combination of high-intensity, interval-based training, strength training, and mobility work to provide the most balanced approach to fitness in the market. We back our method with highly trained coaches who value our clients’ quality of movement and long-term health above all else.
Why rowing? Because it is low-impact and does not require a wide range of motion, meaning that anyone can do it. And because it’s effective! Rowing by itself is an all body workout that builds strength and endurance. In keeping with our philosophy of balance, however, we do much more than simply row.
