We specialize in high-intensity interval training for all levels, and host over 65 fitness classes in Houston per week. Our signature class, All Body, involves intervals both on and off the rowing machine (the “erg”) to provide both high intensity and low impact. We also feature a strength & conditioning class (All Strength), an all-rowing class (All Endurance), and 30-minute express classes (“Abs Plus” and “Strength-30”).
