Currently, all of our fitness classes are 50 minutes in length and are group-based, except for Abs Plus & Strength-30, which are 30 minutes in length. They each incorporate our ROW method of endurance, strength, and mobility, but some may focus on certain aspects more than others. This allows us to offer customizable programs to fit anyone’s needs. I have my personal training certification from ACE and I’ve been a group exercise instructor for 11 years! I started out as a member at Row Studios and couldn’t get enough of the classes and Row community. One of the reasons I love Row Studios is that we have a diverse community that embraces all fitness levels. I hope every person that attends my class walks away feeling like they’ve accomplished what they showed up for, regardless of the reason.

I got hooked on rowing less than two years ago at Row, but fitness has always been a part of my life. I began gymnastics at a young age, pole vaulted through middle and high school, and I started getting into weight lifting in my early 20’s. I am a NASM certified personal trainer (CPT) and women’s fitness specialist (WFS). I run Very Beautiful Women’s Fitness, and I am passionate about training women at every stage of their lives. Don’t get me wrong though, I love kicking everyone’s butt!! My goal is for you to feel motivated to push yourself during class, and to walk out feeling sweaty, happy, and accomplished!

I am a Houston-area strength & conditioning coach, crossfitter, competitive powerlifter, and a lover of all things fitness, certified in L1 coaching with Crossfit. I am passionate about my own training which is a mix of Crossfit, powerlifiting, and Olympic weightlifting. I compete as a 57 kg powerlifter with USA Powerlifting and qualified for nationals in 2017. Before coaching, I worked as a management consultant, holding an MBA from Cornell University. My love for fitness and barbell work is the reason why I left my corporate job, to pursue a new career in fitness. I love helping clients get strong, sexy, and confident. I do not believe in a “one size fits all” when it comes to my clients, but rather love helping them find aspects of fitness that work with their goals and lifestyle.
