ALL BODY

This 50-minute class is ROW’s cornerstone class, mixing low-impact HIIT (high-intensity interval-training) with strength and mobility work to provide balanced, comprehensive fitness. Equal parts rowing, body weight exercises, and dumbbell work. Great as a supplement for runners, bikers, and crossfitters, or as a stand-alone program.

ALL ENDURANCE

A 50-minute class of low-impact and constantly varied endurance training. This class takes place almost exclusively on the rowing machine (erg) and employs a variety of paces, stroke rates, and distances to keep the class both interesting and effective. Perfect as a supplement for runners, swimmers, crossfitters, and cyclists.

This 50-minute class employs proven strength training techniques to build muscle and boost metabolism. In each class, expect a 10-minute dynamic warm-up and 30 minutes of focused strength training, ending with 5-10 minutes of metabolic conditioning. This class uses barbells and dumbbells with an emphasis on form over quantity. Beginners welcomed!

ABS PLUS

This is a 30-minute fast-paced, core-focused class, which is scalable for all fitness levels. In addition to core work, the instructor gets to choose one other muscle group to focus on. Bonus! The instructor does the class with you!

STRENGTH 30

This 30-minute express class employs higher intensity, non-barbell weightlifting to tone muscle and burn fat. In each class, expect a 5-minute dynamic warm-up, 10-15 minutes of high-paced strength training, and 10 minutes
of metabolic conditioning that will work your muscles while building up a sweat! Focuses on often over-looked areas of the body with particular emphasis on upper glutes, core, and arms.

ENDURO STRETCH

This class starts with 30 minutes of brisk but varied rowing intervals to get the blood flowing, followed by 20 minutes of relaxing stretches. Great for active recovery and overall mobility. Recommended for all levels of fitness and for those who need extra flexibility added to their regimen.

RESTORE & RECOVER

Restore and Recover- Feeling better starts with moving better. This 50-minute class features crawling, foam rolling, band and lacrosse ball work, core/muscle activation, and yes – stretching. Get your heart rate slightly elevated, as the first 30 minutes of the class feels like low-level aerobic work. Then, finish the final 20 minutes off, with more intensive stretching. No rowing here! It’s perfect for recovery, taking a light day, or just working on mobility which is something all of us need. If you want to feel better, then spend one day a week in this class for best results that will be noticed both in and out of the studio.

INTRO TO MOBILITY

Take advantage of this 30-minute class for the opportunity to learn mobility techniques that will make you feel and move better. This class includes combinations of soft tissue stretching and muscle activation using bands and
body-weight movements, followed by myofascial release using foam rollers and lacrosse balls.

Who is the OUT Foundation??

The OUT Foundation removes the barriers that block LGBTQ+ individuals access and participation, ensuring their success. They are dedicated to nurturing, empowering, and celebrating LGBTQ+ bodies and minds, guaranteeing our community thrives.

Where does the money go?

The OUT Foundation awards scholarships to LGBTQ+ young adults to fund a year long gym membership.

We work closely with the scholarship recipients, providing weekly goal coaching, nutrition counseling, 3 months of healthy meals from Kettlebell Kitchen, apparel from RYU and BeastWorx and footwear from NoBull to set the athletes up for success.

Each scholarship costs approximately $3,000 with some events supporting 3+ OUTAthlete Scholarships.

Yourself, a water bottle, athletic shoes, socks, shorts/pants, and a t-shirt/tank top.

Not to worry, you are here to learn! We ask all new clients to arrive at our fitness studio in Houston 15 minutes prior to class. This gives you ample time to learn the rowing form one-on-one with your coach. Your coach will also go over how to row at the beginning of every class. We highly recommend taking All Body as your first class as it’s our signature blend of endurance, strength, and mobility.
Our workouts are scalable to all levels. Talk to your coach and tell them about your physical abilities and they will customize the workout just for you!
Our address is 5570 Weslayan, Houston TX 77005 – but it can a little misleading. We are located directly behind the Randall’s grocery store in Weslayan shopping center. You may access our parking lot on Academy St. Feel free to call us if you need assistance finding our location.
