Set to the beat of music hand selected by Stan, this fast-paced 50-minute class challenges your aerobic endurance while also incorporating some elements of dumbbell and body weight work. Driven by the beat, this class will have high intensity sprints mixed with resistance shifts. Think indoor cycling, but on an erg.
Due to the nature of this fast-paced class, coaches do NOT have time to coach rowing technique in detail. Therefore, if you are not confident in your rowing technique, please try our All Body or All Endurance classes until you feel ready.
